It provides you with specialized training in all aspects of HR management that involves the study of the employment relationship, compensation, recruitment, selection, remuneration, development, and retention of staff. Entry Requirements

Form IV (3 Years Programme)

  • Certificate of Secondary Education with 4 Passes in Non- Religious Studies.

Form VI (2 Years Programme)

  • Advanced Certificate of Secondary Examination with One Principal Pass and One Subsidiary Pass.

Equivalent qualification (2 yrs programme)

  • An appropriate equivalent Basic Technician Certificate with second class or "B" Average from recognized Institution.
